Our spicy miso is available at Matsubaya Honten, a sake brewery in Obuse with a history dating back to the Edo period. Located in the heart of town, their shop offers a range of locally crafted sake and products.

Our spicy miso is made in partnership with Kokuhei Miso in Obuse. Drawing on their long tradition of miso-making, they craft the product using our peppers. It is also available at their shop.

Our products are available at bota in neighboring Suzaka. Designed as a welcoming community space, bota brings together food, culture, and everyday life in one thoughtfully created setting. We are pleased to have a range of our products available there.

A range of our products is available at the JA Obuse “Ohyaku Shop,” located near the Obuse Highway Oasis. The shop offers seasonal produce, local specialties such as Obuse chestnuts in autumn, and a variety of juices, jams, and other regional products.
