Our Spicy Miso Made with Kokuhei Miso
Our Spicy Miso, made using Kokuhei Miso, a long-established miso maker in Obuse Town, is proving popular.
It combines the gentle sweetness and deep flavor of Kokuhei Miso with fresh jalapeños and habaneros grown on our farm.
It is now available at the Kokuhei Miso main store and through our online shop.
Enjoy it with oden, vegetables such as eggplant, as a seasoning for stir-fries, or simply with warm rice.
