Recently, NBS Nagano Broadcasting visited our chili pepper farm!
The segment included coverage of the first ever Shinshu Kara-Kara Festa (October 11–12), as well as some of our recommended chili.

Spicy Miso — Made with Kohei Miso, a long-established miso producer in Obuse. Enjoy with oden, eggplant, or rice.
Jalapeño Pickles — Light and versatile pickles with lemon and thyme. Great with pizza, cheese, curry, yakisoba, or as a snack with drinks.
